A family visit to the Kings should be a special one. Please see the information below to help plan your visit.
Please check individual show pages for information or age restrictions (if any) to see if the show is suitable for your child.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by somebody aged 16+. Children aged between 13-16 may attend unaccompanied by an adult but must notify the Box Office when booking tickets and make themselves known to a member of staff on arrival. No responsibility is accepted by the Kings Theatre or any of its employees for unaccompanied children.
We have baby changing facilities in the disabled toilet near the entrance on the stalls level and in the family room next to the ladies toilets on the Dress Circle level.
We have booster seats available for hire from the bars at a fee of £2. You are more than welcome to bring your own booster seats to the theatre.
Please refer to individual show information for any concessions. Proof of entitlement may be required.
Children’s tickets are charged at the full rate unless there is a concessionary price or “Baby on Lap” ticket stated on the individual show information. “Baby on Lap” tickets entitles infants under 2 years old to sit on the lap of an adult.
