The Box Office is open Mon – Fri 10am – 5pm
On show days the Box Office stays open until 30 minutes after the show starts and if there are shows or activities at the weekend, 90 minutes before and 30 minutes after the show starts.

We offer concessions on some of our shows. Details will be available on the show pages or please do speak to a member of the Box Office. The Box Office may ask for proof of entitlement to concessions. Only one concession, per person, per transaction, is applicable.
Our tickets will be charged at full price unless there is a child rate advertised. We offer a “baby on lap” ticket for parents bringing children aged 2 years or under, on selected shows only, bookable only from the Box Office.

The price you see advertised is the price you pay inclusive of fees. Our fees cover all costs associated with processing your booking and also Building Improvement Fund charge (applies to shows at the theatre only) which goes towards improving our beautiful Grade II* listed building.

Theatre Tokens are national theatre gift vouchers that can be used at more than 260 venues nationwide including the Kings Theatre. With no expiry date, they are the perfect gift for anyone. Buy online by clicking the button below (Gift Card and eGift). These can be purchased at our Box Office or on the Theatre Tokens website. To use the balance of your Theatre Token for the purchase of tickets at The Kings Theatre, please pop in to our Box Office during opening hours or give us a call on 023 9282 8282.
Our bars open one hour before the show. All payments will be contactless and must be by card/mobile as staff do not handle cash.

Only food, drinks and confectionery purchased at the Kings Theatre may be consumed in the building.
Age recommendations and restrictions are shown on each individual show page. Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied to the theatre by an adult aged 16 or over.
Children aged between 14 and 16 may attend a performance unaccompanied but must notify the Box Office upon booking tickets and on arrival. No responsibility is accepted by The Kings Theatre or any of its employees for unaccompanied children.
If available, Baby on Lap tickets are available at a heavily reduced rate. Information about baby on lap tickets can be found on the individual show page. These tickets entitle infants 24 months and under to sit on the lap of an adult. These must be booked via the phone or in person at The Box Office.
If available, discounted Family Tickets can be booked for our performances. The information will be on the individual show page and discount will automatically be applied when booking. Family tickets consist of 4 seats, of which two attendees must be under the age of 16.
There are baby change facilities available at the disabled access toilet in the rear of the stalls or our dedicated Family Room next to the ladies toilets on the Dress Circle level.
Pushchairs can be stored in our bars whilst the performance takes place.

You can grab best available seats for yourself and a plus one for just £10 each by showing your student ID.
Tickets must be booked on the day of the performance either in person or by calling the Box Office on 023 9282 8282. Your valid student ID must be shown when booking/collecting tickets.
