HR MANAGER – £30,000 per annum

Full Time – 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri), permanent position (confirmed after 6 months’ probation).

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, confident and proactive HR professional. Ideal for an experienced HR professional wanting a dynamic role to make their mark. You will need to be CIPD Level 5 qualified and interested in achieving the Level 7 qualification.
The HR Manager is a stand-alone position, ultimately responsible and accountable for delivering and executing a generalist HR service to all staff and volunteers.
We are looking for a confident individual to support our management team, bringing with them sound, working knowledge of employment legislation. As well as providing proven knowledge of HR systems and practices, applicants must be able to work well and professionally under pressure, work with minimum supervision and be able to handle all HR queries and administration within the employment life-cycle.
