Salary: £20,500 p/a
The Kings Theatre is a high profile south coast theatre with a serious commitment to providing an outstanding audience experience for all. We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Box Office Supervisor.
Reporting to the Box Office Senior Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting with the effective management and operation of the Box Office, deputising for the Box Office Senior Supervisor in their absence and ensuring the highest levels of customer service. You will have specific responsibility for managing the Groups ticketing function.
You will need previous customer service experience and be able to work collaboratively, professionally under pressure, use your own initiative and work with minimum supervision.
The ideal candidate would have experience in a supervisor / team leader role and be used to working with ticketing systems in a Box Office environment.
