Giving rare access to areas of the theatre you’ll literally see behind the scenes of a busy theatre. Hear about the theatre’s history, our renovation project and the origins of famous theatrical expressions. Experience what it is like to stand centre stage in front of thousands, gaze up into the fly tower and see the complexity of lighting and set hanging plot and visits parts of the building that you wouldn’t normally see,

Tours are on the first Saturday of each month except January (open day) and September (Heritage Open Weekend).
