Groups & Discounts
Discounts, reservations and invoices are given to groups and are only available for selected shows.
When booking for a group there is no need to send the whole payment immediately.
A non-refundable deposit of £2.00 per head must be paid within one month from the date of booking to hold your seats. If no payment is made the reservation of the seats will automatically expire and the seats will then be released for general sale.
If the remaining balance is not paid by the agreed date on the invoice sent, the seats will be released for general sale and the deposit will be held.
If there is a known delay in making any payment please contact your group booker to discuss.
Digital seating plans will not be sent to the customer at the time of booking without full payment. A paper seating plan can be sent in the post if requested. This does not act as a ticket and will not be accepted as a ticket unless discussed otherwise and authorised with your group booker, which will be picked up from the Box Office on the day of the performance.
If 15+ ice creams or programmes are pre-ordered, they will be brought to your seats during the interval by an Usher or a Duty Manager. Please bring proof of purchase for the ice creams to avoid any discrepancies. (A receipt)
If under 15 ice creams or programmes are pre-ordered, vouchers will be given to exchange at a Front of House sales point.
Please bear in mind that the ticket price quoted at time of booking is subject to change if the size of the group dramatically increases or decreases.
If you are making a group booking and require carers, please be aware that our carer policy does not apply to group bookings with the discounted price. If you would like to qualify for a free carer, bookings must be made via the Box Office paying full/concession price.
