Part-time 20 Hours a week, permanent position (confirmed after 3 months’ probation) 

The Kings Theatre is a high profile south coast theatre with a serious commitment to providing an outstanding audience experience for all.   

Our Marketing Team have an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated, articulate and social media savvy individual. Ideal for a student currently studying for a Marketing qualification or an existing Marketing professional who wishes to reduce their working hours.  

The Marketing & PR Assistant is ultimately responsible in assisting the Marketing Team with the distribution of print in the theatre and locally in the Southsea/Portsmouth area and working closely with the PR Officer to assist with press functions.  

We are looking for a confident individual to support our existing team, bringing with them good verbal, numeracy and literacy skills. As well as good working knowledge of IT systems in order to manage email and internet queries.  Applicants must be able to work well and professionally under pressure, work with minimum supervision and handle marketing queries.
