Tucked away in a secret location at the Kings Theatre is the Theatre’s Archives.
Filing cabinets and shelves are full of over 110 years of our theatre history. Programmes, leaflets, posters, memorabilia and reminiscences fill the drawers. Our team of volunteer archivists are always hard at work cataloguing these, creating databases and providing interesting material for display in the theatre’s foyers and regular Meet the Archivist events.
If you are a researcher in need of information please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
The archives are currently not open to the public, but we have aspirations to make them more accessible.
